If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or a full refund.

For a refund, jewelry will be accepted in unused condition, in the original package and with all items in the packaging only.
We cannot issue the refund for a used or damaged product.

Please send the package by registered mail, or courier in order to be able to track the package (don’t forget to send us a tracking number by email or WhatsApp).
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you did not pay the shipping cost at the time of the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
